Okeechobee Wound & Wellness Clinic provides specialized mobile wound care services for patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Our goal is to deliver timely, evidence-based wound treatment that promotes healing, reduces complications, and improves overall quality of life. We treat a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, traumatic injuries, and non-healing wounds. Care plans are individualized to each patient and focused on both healing and prevention. By bringing advanced wound care directly to the patient, we help reduce barriers to care, improve continuity, and support safer healing in a comfortable and familiar environment.
