New Wound Care Consultation
Visit Length: 60 minutes
- Includes: Comprehensive wound evaluation
- Review of wound history and risk factors
- Treatment plan development
- Coordination with caregivers and care team

Wound Care Follow-Up Visit
Visit Length: 15–30 minutes
- Includes: Wound reassessment
- Dressing plan updates
- Healing progress monitoring
- Debridement when clinically indicated
